Do you have a minimum order for custom t-shirts?
One piece is enough. There is no minimum order and no setup fee on apparel or promo products.
How fast is custom t-shirt printing and shipping?
Most orders leave in 1 to 3 days. Rush is available as fast as 2 days, and we can blind-ship straight to your customer.
What is blind shipping for custom apparel?
We pack and ship without Rexven branding on the box. Your customer receives the order under your name, not a print house.
What is DTF printing?
Direct to Film prints full-color artwork onto a film, then heat-presses it to the product. It holds fine detail on tees, hoodies, hats, and many promo items.
What artwork file should I send for custom printing?
Upload a PNG or PDF, or open the design studio and place the file on the product. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best for logos.
Can you print names and numbers on jerseys?
Yes. Names and numbers are a decoration option for teams and events. Choose the garment, then add the roster in the studio or send a print-ready file.
Which brands can I print on?
Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, Gildan, Rabbit Skins, Q-Tees, and Valucap, plus generic blanks when you need a lower price point.
Do you print custom hats, mugs, and promo products?
Yes. Hats, drinkware, mats, ornaments, gang sheets, and more. Start with one piece or build a full set after the first order.
What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a sheet of DTF transfers you can cut and press yourself. We also print UV DTF for hard goods like mugs and signs.
Can I return a custom printed order?
Custom prints made as ordered are not returned. If an item arrives damaged or we printed the wrong design, contact customer care.
