Rexven Print Factory is operated by Rexven LLC, a United States company with a business address at 8 The Green, #22665, Dover, DE 19901, USA.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rexven LLC, doing business as Rexven Print Factory.

Rexven Print Factory operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, customization services, and other services offered through the website (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, shipping information, payment information, and other information necessary to process your order.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide such information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, colors, dimensions, positioning, print appearance, materials, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing process, product material, or other factors.

Minor variations may occur between product previews, digital mockups, photographs, and the final physical product.

For customized and printed products, small differences in print placement, color, sizing, alignment, or appearance may occur as a normal result of the manufacturing process.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, or discontinue products at any time, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing errors, prohibited content, intellectual property concerns, or technical errors.

An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted the order for fulfillment.

Please carefully review all order information, including product type, size, color, quantity, shipping address, personalization details, spelling, artwork, and uploaded files before submitting your order.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 2 hours after placing an order.

To request cancellation, contact:

Because many products are produced specifically for each customer, we may begin production shortly after an order is received.

After the 2-hour cancellation period, an order may already have entered production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Many Rexven Print Factory products are custom-made, personalized, printed, or manufactured specifically according to customer instructions.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before placing an order, including:

names and text;
spelling and grammar;
dates;
sizes;
colors;
uploaded artwork;
logos;
photographs;
design placement; and
other customization instructions.

Once production begins, customization details may not be changeable.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer-provided incorrect information, or errors contained in customer-provided artwork or personalization.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order specifications, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

SECTION 5 — CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK, LOGOS AND CONTENT

Customers may upload or otherwise provide photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, designs, or other materials (“Customer Content”) for use in customized products.

By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:

you own the Customer Content or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to use it;
our reproduction and use of the Customer Content to fulfill your order will not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party; and
the Customer Content does not violate applicable law.

You grant Rexven LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, process, resize, modify where technically necessary, transmit, and use Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and manufacture and fulfill your order.

Submission of Customer Content does not transfer ownership of your Customer Content to Rexven LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, third-party rights, or our policies.

Customers are responsible for claims resulting from Customer Content they submit to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 6 — BUSINESS, BULK AND RESALE ORDERS

Our products may be purchased for personal use, business use, promotional purposes, events, organizations, brands, or resale where permitted.

Business, wholesale, bulk, or high-volume orders may be subject to additional pricing, minimum quantities, production requirements, payment terms, proofs, or separate agreements.

Where a separate written agreement applies to a business or wholesale transaction, that agreement will control to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

SECTION 7 — PRICES, PAYMENT AND TAXES

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for having authorization to use the selected payment method.

Applicable taxes and charges may be calculated at checkout where supported.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

SECTION 8 — PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Rexven Print Factory works with production and fulfillment operations located in the United States and Europe.

The production or shipping origin of an order may vary depending on product type, availability, destination, production capacity, and other operational considerations.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, incorrect customer-provided information, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible non-custom products are subject to our 7-day Return & Refund Policy.

A return request must generally be made within 7 days after receiving the applicable product.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the applicable order specifications.

Additional conditions and instructions are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Where applicable consumer law provides rights beyond our standard return policy, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for Customer Content and third-party materials, the Services and their content—including text, graphics, photographs, product imagery, videos, branding, designs, website elements, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Rexven LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

“Rexven Print Factory,” related Rexven branding, logos, designs, and other brand identifiers may be trademarks or other intellectual property of Rexven LLC or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, republish, or otherwise use protected materials from the Services without authorization except where permitted by law.

SECTION 11 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to tools, integrations, payment services, applications, or other services provided by third parties.

Such third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to the applicable provider’s terms.

SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, policies, products, or services provided by third-party websites.

You should review the terms and policies of third-party services before using them or completing transactions through them.

SECTION 13 — SHOPIFY

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

However, purchases made through Rexven Print Factory are transactions between you and Rexven LLC, not Shopify.

Shopify provides ecommerce technology and infrastructure used to operate the store but is not the seller of Rexven Print Factory products.

Your use of certain Shopify-powered functionality may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

SECTION 14 — PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify and uses other service providers, information may be processed by Shopify and other providers as reasonably necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, perform analytics, or otherwise provide the Services.

SECTION 15 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, suggestions, comments, photographs, feedback, or other materials relating to our products or Services (“Feedback”), you represent that you have the right to provide such Feedback.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting our Services, subject to applicable law.

We are not obligated to compensate you for Feedback unless otherwise agreed.

We may remove Feedback that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or our policies.

SECTION 16 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or other matters.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information, and where legally permitted, cancel orders affected by material errors.

If an affected paid order is cancelled, any applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

SECTION 17 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services:

for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
to violate applicable laws or regulations;
to infringe intellectual property or other rights;
to upload malicious software or harmful code;
to impersonate another person or organization;
to submit intentionally false or misleading information;
to interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
to scrape or access the Services using unauthorized automated methods; or
to engage in conduct that materially harms the Services, Rexven LLC, Shopify, our customers, or third parties.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms.

SECTION 18 — WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

SECTION 19 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rexven LLC and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rexven LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and Shopify and its applicable affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or Customer Content submitted by you.

SECTION 21 — TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including in response to violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

Obligations and rights that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

SECTION 22 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

SECTION 23 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the policies referenced herein constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement applies.

Failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by applicable laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws or other applicable laws require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.

The current version will be published on this website together with the applicable updated date.
